In a not-so-surprising revelation, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration — NASA — has officially agreed to join the investigation into unidentified aerial phenomena.

Credible sources have confirmed to the Daily Mail that NASA is stepping up its efforts to assist in the investigation following the first public hearing in Congress on unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) in 54 years and a new law requiring a government task force on UAPs.

This new project of NASA could put its considerable scientific weight behind the search for evidence of extraterrestrial life on Earth and distant planets.

An official with NASA confirmed that the agency is reviewing how to provide Earth observation expertise to improve understanding of UAPs and that it has consulted with multiple government entities but denied that it was establishing its own office dedicated to UAPs.

It is a big step forward for the administration, which previously dismissed all suggestions of anything related to unidentified flying objects.

But then again, this move by NASA is not such a big surprise after all.

For the past five years, government agencies, military personnel, and scientists around the globe have completely changed the way we should look at UFOs — UAP.

Never before has society been as comfortable with the possible existence of UFOs as today. Naturally, therefore, it is logical that NASA joins the effort to understand what these objects are, albeit late.

How NASA can Help

According to a source familiar with the US government’s UAP investigation, NASA will likely collect information from astronauts who have seen unidentified objects. They will also review images and data from previous missions to help investigate any anomalous encounters.

Additionally, the source said NASA’s work would complement the newly established Pentagon office (AIOMSG) charged with analyzing foreign objects causing interference with US airspace and beyond.

“It will be some sort of working group that will help support the DoD,” the source said. “It’s looking to be complementary.”

The source also told the Daily Mail that the Pentagon’s UFO team has already requested images from NASA’s space mission cameras to conduct investigations.

It is noteworthy that several incidents involving NASA astronauts in missions to outer space and UAPs have occurred in the past.

The usual protocol was to apparently “let go” of whatever the astronauts had witnessed and assume that whatever had been witnessed in space was likely of terrestrial origin.

Now, the “what if” question is finally being asked. What if the numerous objects encountered by astronauts in outer space in the last half-a-century were indeed technology that originated not on Earth?

What if astronauts had genuine contact with objects piloted by beings from other planets?

“NASA has already admitted that it has been searching for extraterrestrial life within our solar system. However, the source explained that they’ve just decided to focus a little closer to home this time,” the source explained.

NASA has slowly made itself comfortable with the idea of UFOs being something not of this world.

Bill Nelson, Administrator of NASA, discussed in 2021 the possibility of advanced extraterrestrial life with Navy pilots who encountered unusual objects off the US coast in 2004.

“They don’t know what it is. And we don’t know what it is. We hope it’s not an adversary here on Earth that has that kind of technology. But it’s something,” Nelson revealed.

The NASA chief explained that while he did know the answer to whether the objects encountered by Navy pilots were spaceships from other worlds, he said “Who am I to say planet Earth is the only location of a life form that is civilized and organized like ours?”
